Recent years have seen a dramatic increase in the number of people working remotely. Many workers spend part or all of their week at home, and some work teams are split across several locations, or even several states.

What impact does this have on individual performance and team work?

In this workshop we will look at the 4 Interaction styles described by Linda Berens and will explore how interaction and performance are impacted by working remotely. We will also look at strategies that leaders and individuals can use to build relationships and maintain high standards of performance and teamwork.
